Opening times and service provision
Due to the developing measure to halt the spread of COVID-19, we will be operating at a much-reduced capacity.
We will not be receiving patients at the practice until further notice, we will no longer be taking bookings for routine appointments for the safety of both our team and patients.
We will continue to offer emergency advice and we can be contacted by telephone to access this service until normal operation resumes.
We are contacting patients that have spectacle orders already placed to provide updates and we are doing all we can to process these orders to completion wherever possible, taking into account that there will delays that we cannot always anticipate with our suppliers.
We will continue to provide contact lenses to our existing patients to the best of our ability, again this will be at the mercy of the delivery services of our contact lens suppliers who are working to maintain their dispatch routes as much as they can.
We are looking into the supply of contact lens solutions and other essential eye care sundries and hope to have news regarding the continued service, existing patients will take priority in this regard and dispatch times may be longer depending on our team’s resources.
