Awaiting Fulfilment Your order has been received and is waiting to be processed
Pending Your order is being processed
Awaiting Shipment Your order is ready for dispatch
Awaiting Pickup Your order is ready for collection in-store
Shipped Your order has been dispatched
Refunded Your order has been refunded
Cancelled Your order has been cancelled; no money will have been taken

Your order has been received by Eyediology is waiting to be reviwed by our online agents. This may require you verify your billing and shipping details; we will contact you should this be the case.

if there are any stock issues we will let you know at this stage.

Pending

Your order has been accepted and is being processed and could be ready for dispatch within 48 hours (stock dependent).

Awaiting Shipment

Your order should be dispatched shortly, usually within 24 hours by this stage.

Awaiting Pickup

Your order is ready for collection at your convenience. You can find our opening hours on our contact page.

Shipped

Your order has been dispatched and should be with you soon. You may have received tracking details depending on the delivery method.
