Blackheath Eyecare will be closed after Monday the 24th of December 2018 and will be open again on Wednesday the 2nd of January 2019.
During this time please contact us via the contact form as we will not be able to answer calls. We will endeavour to answer emails in a timely fashion, however, please be patient.
Contact Lens Patients
This period can get busy, so please ensure that enough time is left to order contact lenses if you are in danger of running low over the Christmas break.
If you are an existing Blackheath Eyecare patient please complete the contact lens reorder form to place an order.
We will be accepting online order, however, processing will be delayed until normal business hours are resumed on Tuesday the 29th of August 2017..

How to contact us
Our practice is located on the Blackheath and Charlton borders at the Blackheath Royal Standard in the Royal Borough Greenwich London. We are near Marks & Spencer and opposite the Blackheath Library. Free parking is available directly outside the practice and the surrounding roads. However, it can get busy so allow some time to find the free parking spaces!
We are 10 min walk from Westcombe Park and Blackheath train stations. North Greenwich tube station is also a 10 min bus ride away. We are also served by the following bus routes 89,108, 286, 386 and 422 that link us with Charlton, Greenwich, Woolwich, Eltham, Lewisham, Welling and Bexleyheath.

If you require emergency eye care out of our normal opening hours please contact Moorfields Eye Hospital on 0207 2533411. Moorfields Eye Hospital provides specialist emergency eye care e.g. sudden loss of sight, a painful red eye and nasty eye infections.
