Ortho-K for Adults
Ortho-K can be an excellent option for suitable adults seeking clear daytime vision without glasses or daytime contact lenses. These specialist lenses are worn overnight, gently and temporarily reshaping the front surface of the eye while you sleep.
Although myopia often stabilises with age, it can continue to progress into adulthood, which is why regular eye examinations and reliable baseline measurements taken as early as possible are valuable for monitoring change and assessing suitability.

What is myopia?
