The team headed by Ravi are simply fantastic! Ravi is a total perfectionist and has worked really hard to get my eye prescription correct-and its complicated-trust me! (even the consultant eye surgeon at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London told me his prescription was on the ticket)! The reception staff are totally brilliant too- welcoming and very friendly- they have made me feel so at ease-thank you!
